Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation of a Click & Collect or home delivery order

If you wish to cancel your home delivery order, you will need to cancel your order before 1pm on the day of dispatch. To request a cancellation please email [email protected] or call 0330 174 9439. A refund will be made minus a £10 cancellation fee.

If you fail to pick up your Click & Collect order within seven days of your collection date, you will receive a refund minus a £10 cancellation fee. If you wish to still receive travel money after your order has been cancelled, you will need to make new order.

Please note that any charges applied by your card provider to you will not be refunded.



Unfulfilled orders

In the unlikely event an order is unable to be fulfilled you will receive a refund once agreed by the Customer Service Team. The refund will be processed immediately, but please be aware it can take up 3-5 working days to arrive in your account. Any card charges applied by your card provider will not be refunded.
